LUCAS ELIAS
Physiotherapist, B. Exercise Science

Low Back Pain | Hip & Knee Pain | Ankle & Foot Injuries | Exercise-Based Rehabilitation

Lucas completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, building on an earlier Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. This combined background drives his focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation — helping patients get back to the activities that matter most to them.

He works across a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interest in low back pain, hip and knee pain, ankle and foot injuries, and chronic or persistent pain. Lucas combines clear education, hands-on treatment and progressive exercise rehabilitation so patients understand their condition, regain confidence with movement, and stay on track for long-term recovery.

With a strong background in strength and conditioning, Lucas applies periodisation and structured exercise planning to rehabilitation — building individualised programs whether the goal is returning to sport, the gym, work or everyday life.

Outside the clinic, Lucas is a keen strength trainer and long-time basketball devotee, having played, coached and refereed the sport.
