Position 1- Physiotherapist- Physica Ringwood

Full-time private practice with mentoring/PD included (Ringwood)

The Physica team is expanding in 2019 and we are seeking a physiotherapist who is passionate about Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and aspiring to further their development and skills.

This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's leading musculoskeletal physiotherapy organisations, located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, across two locations. The successful applicant will join our highly skilled team of physiotherapists, which includes 11 APA-titled musculoskeletal physiotherapists.

Physica has developed a defined career pathway for our physiotherapists. We provide weekly mentoring for our staff, in a program that is designed to progress assessment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills. We also provide monthly inservices to the whole clinical team, delivered by expert physiotherapists and external guest speakers, including orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists and pain specialists.

The successful applicant will be working in our modern, purpose-built facility, with spacious treatment rooms and a rehabilitation gym / group class area.

We provide 1:1 consultations, as well as group rehabilitation, including Clinical Pilates, Hydrotherapy and the GLA:D program.

We utilise the latest in healthcare technology, including Physitrack exercise software, electronic imaging access and electronic clinical notes and diary management via Nookal.

The position is full-time. Some Evening and Saturday morning work is a requirement. The successful applicant will be employed with an attractive base salary plus commission package, plus superannuation, personal and annual leave.

Requirements

This is not a new-graduate position (this position has already been filled for 2019).

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months experience in private practice or musculoskeletal/orthopaedic outpatients and be proficient in basic patient assessment and treatment. The successful applicant must be willing to learn, further their knowledge and skills and strive to provide outstanding, patient-centred care.

Applicants must have a current, full registration under AHPRA.

Position 2- Physiotherapist- Physica Yarra Valley

Full-time private practice with mentoring/PD included (Chirnside Park)

The Physica team is expanding in 2019 and we are seeking a physiotherapist who is passionate about Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and aspiring to further their development and skills.

This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's leading musculoskeletal physiotherapy organisations, located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, across two locations. The successful applicant will join our highly skilled team of physiotherapists, which includes 11 APA-titled musculoskeletal physiotherapists.

The position is part-time, with negotiable hours, up to 34 hours per week. Some evening and/or Saturday morning work is a requirement. The successful applicant will be employed with an attractive base salary plus commission package, plus superannuation, personal and annual leave. A sign-on bonus is also payable for this position at Chirnside Park.
