Lets begin... To fix your Neck Pain
Neck pain usually refers to any pain that starts from the base of the skull or anywhere along the length of your neck. In many cases of neck pain, people also report having pain that may radiate down the sides of their shoulders and even further down into the elbow/wrist or fingers. Approximately 75% of people will experience some degree of neck pain throughout their lifetime. The severity of neck pain does vary from person to person as some recover within a few weeks, whereas others may experience a more chronic form of neck pain. Neck pain can also be a big factor in developing headaches. Neck pain may be caused by a traumatic event, overuse, poor workplace setup, sub-optimal pillows/mattresses and many other factors.
