General Program Questions
Q: Is this program only for teens who play sport?
No — while many participants are active in sport, Physica Active Youth is also ideal for teens new to strength training, or those looking to improve fitness and confidence in a safe, supervised environment.
Q: What happens in the exercise sessions?
Each session includes strength training, technique coaching, and movement drills. We focus on proper form, injury prevention, and age-appropriate progression. All sessions are led by our physiotherapists.
Q: What is the class size?
To ensure individual attention and supervision, class sizes are kept small. This allows us to tailor support to each participant’s goals and abilities.
Q: Do participants need previous gym experience?
Not at all. We welcome beginners and guide them through every step — from using equipment safely to building confidence in the gym.
Logistics, Insurance & Aftercare
Q: Is the program claimable through private health insurance?
Yes — if your child is covered under physiotherapy extras, sessions may be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your health fund for details.
