lauren completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2016.

Lauren is passionate about helping others to live an active lifestyle and achieve their optimal health. Lauren has worked across both the hospital and private practice settings providing a wide variety of experience including post-surgical rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and various musculoskeletal conditions. She has also completed training in Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates. 

Lauren believes a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and education are essential components of effective Physiotherapy to help you achieve your goals.

Outside of work Lauren enjoys running, horse riding and waterskiing!
