Milly recently completed her Master of Physiotherapy at Victoria University, building on an earlier Bachelor’s degree in Applied Movement Science. This background has shaped her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, with a focus on helping people move well and get back to what they enjoy.

She has hands-on experience in sporting environments, having worked as a sports trainer within the EFNL and VFL, as well as coaching swimming at a variety of levels. This exposure to sport at multiple levels informs her interest in treating back and neck pain, hip and knee pain, and sports and running injuries.

Outside the clinic, Milly stays active playing local football, strength training and running.
