Our pregnancy massage service is tailored to clients experiencing the physical demands of pregnancy — from the first trimester through to the final weeks.

  • Clients experiencing lower back, hip, or pelvic discomfort during pregnancy
  • Those with disturbed sleep due to physical tension or discomfort
  • Clients with peripheral swelling in the hands, legs, or feet
  • Women in all trimesters, including those in late pregnancy
  • Clients returning for a new pregnancy who have previously received care with us
  • Those referred by their obstetrician or midwife for soft tissue support
OB or midwife referral
Refer patients for safe, clinical soft tissue support throughout pregnancy. No formal referral required — a recommendation is sufficient.
GP referral
GPs are welcome to refer patients directly. We can provide treatment notes on request for coordinated care.
Self-referral
No referral needed. Patients can book directly online. We encourage informing your care team for coordinated support.

She works closely with the Physica physiotherapy team to ensure a coordinated approach to your care throughout pregnancy and beyond. Carla is experienced in adapting techniques to all stages of pregnancy and uses dedicated positioning equipment to ensure each client is comfortable throughout their session.
