Biography 
Hayley recently completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Deakin University, majoring in Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning, and has obtained an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning certification.
With extensive experience as both a strength & conditioning coach and netball coach, Hayley has worked with athletes of all levels, from novices to elites, starting from age 8. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their personal health goals.
Hayley is a competitive netball player who thrives on an active lifestyle. She enjoys a variety of physical activities, including gym, pilates, water sports, snowboarding, and surfing.
