Grant is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who has been with Physica since 2012. He works with back and neck pain, headaches, tendon injuries, and shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle problems. As a CrossFit athlete himself, he has a particular interest in helping active people and athletes recover and perform at their best. Honestly, he’ll happily help with anything that hurts.
Grant lectures and tutors postgraduate physiotherapists on the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Spinal A and B courses, and mentors junior physiotherapists at Physica. He graduated from La Trobe University with honours, where his research on hamstring injuries led to two published articles. He went on to complete a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2015.
Outside the clinic, his main hobby is lifting heavy things and putting them back down again.
