NBL1 National Finals 2022

Physica Physiotherapy has been chosen as the official physiotherapy provider for the
inaugural Coles Express NBL1 national finals. The finals will run from September 9th –
11th and be played at the State Basketball Centre in Melbourne. The finals will include
both the men’s and women’s divisions.

This will be the first year of national finals for NBL1, with previous years being hindered
by COVID restrictions as the league expanded. Physica physiotherapists, Darren Ross
and Matthew Anderson, will oversee the team of Physica physiotherapists and sports
trainers, who will provide pre- and post-game physiotherapy treatment to the players.
“Physica is excited to provide their expertise in physiotherapy treatment to the NBL1
national finals, ensuring all the players are able to put their best performance out on the
court.”

Physica has been working with the Ringwood Hawks in the NBL1 South conference
since 2019 and are looking forward to providing physiotherapy services to all the
conference champions, as they meet at the national finals.
“After seeing an incredible standard of basketball in the NBL1 South with the Ringwood
Hawks over the past several years it will be great to see the best teams of NBL1 come
together to compete for the title of National Champion. The finals are shaping up to be a
very high level of competition.”
