ELIZABETH EAGER

musculoskeletal physiotherapist

Elizabeth graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011. She subsequently completed a Graduate Certificate and Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, also through La Trobe University.

She is passionate about helping her clients get back to the things in life that matter most to them. Additional training in Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling enables her to offer a wider range or treatment options to her patients.

Elizabeth has an interest in treating children for musculoskeletal and sports injuries and understands the influence of growth and development on their injury and rehabilitation. As a dancer herself, Elizabeth loves to treat dancers for injury prevention (and pre-pointe assessment), injury rehabilitation and physical conditioning leading up to competitions, performances and exams.
Elizabeth has trained for over 20 years and has enjoyed various styles of dance, with a particular interest in Ballroom dance, Salsa and other partnered disciplines.

In addition to private practice, her ongoing work on orthopaedic wards and in the Emergency Department gives her valuable experience to complement her knowledge of pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. She creates structured and goal-oriented treatment plans to optimise each patient's recovery.
