Meg graduated from La Trobe University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. She has since worked across a combination of private practice, neurological rehabilitation, and NDIS exercise rehabilitation, and teaches Pilates with her mat and reformer certifications from the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
Meg has also worked in acute sports injury management as a sports trainer for university and masters football clubs, and brings a netball, dancing, and cheerleading background to her treatment of clients in these sports. Her approach combines hands-on therapy with exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve their goals.
