We try to run appointments on time. To do this, we also ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment. When you arrive, please make your way to the front desk, as we will have some forms and questions for you to fill out on your first session. If you booked online, you might have been sent these forms via email- don’t worry; you don’t have to fill these out twice.
Even for subsequent appointments, we ask that you arrive 5 mins before your session.

We have a HICAPS health fund terminal at each of the clinics. These can process your Private Health rebates on the spot
We do offer pensioners and healthcare cardholders a discount. Please contact our team to find out more or present the card in person at the time of your visit.
We offer Stripe and Medipass (https://my.medipass.io) payments. This can be done during online booking or via email or SMS invoices.
Starting August 14, 2023, our payment arrangement will adopt a rebate mechanism, akin to the model utilized by private health insurance. Consequently, patients will be responsible for the out-of-pocket difference, which refers to the complete fee minus the prevailing Medicare rate.
For patients belonging to specific groups—such as pension recipients, holders of health care cards, or individuals below 18 years of age—we will apply the scheduled rate in a subsequent manner:
