Sam is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals in health and life overall. Before moving to Melbourne to pursue a career in Physiotherapy, Sam completed his Bachelor of Human Biology in his hometown of Canberra. Before joining the Physica team, Sam completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at the University of Melbourne in 2015. Sam has completed further training in spinal and sports physiotherapy, running-related injuries, hip and knee arthritis and clinical pilates. Sam has developed a keen interest in shoulder related injuries and has completed a two-year mentorship program under the Melbourne Shoulder Team, as well as assisting in some of their research. Sam has ambitions to specialise as a shoulder physiotherapist. Sam employs an evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, combining the art of hands-on therapy with specific exercise prescription to help patients overcome and prepare for all of life’s hurdles.
