We would like to outline the ways in which we are managing hygiene at all of our Physica locations.

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our priority.
Our clinics will continue to operate as usual. We as health professionals are here to help you with your musculoskeletal conditions to continue optimal care.

We have escalated our hygiene focus and have added additional hand sanitiser available to all clients on entry and exit of the building(s) along with all of our antimicrobial soaps at the hand wash stations.

• It should be noted that all of our equipment and contact surfaces including the reception area is cleaned with alcohol swaps/wipes between clients. 
• We continue to screen all clients who may have been unwell and or have traveled overseas in the past 14 days to avoid them entering the premises.
• Our staff are trained and execute medical hygiene principles.

Shared responsibility:

People with coronavirus may experience:

• fever
• flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue
• shortness of breath

Please call Physica a minimum of one hour prior to your scheduled appointment if you have any of these symptoms.

Travel

If you have returned from any overseas travel we ask you to avoid visiting the clinic within 14 days of returning unless cleared by one of our senior staff.

We will continue to monitor the Department of Health recommendations to ensure best practice.

If you have chosen to self isolate and require treatment and advice, we will be launching a telehealth service over the coming days.
